Director's Report

Mrs. Holman reviewed the balance sheet, and said we lost one member but have received revenue from selling a picture. She has been busy changing all links to Reid Health, due to their recent name change and has also submitted the annual report to the Secretary of State.

Also, she reminded of the many festivals and activities this time of the year and she will photograph and enter into the calendar.

Mrs. Holman mentioned a few technical issues – had to uninstall and update in order to fix a sound driver problem and the city building lost internet connection Sept 8-16th, so worked from the library or home during that time.

Lynn Knight motioned approval of the director's report, seconded by Tim Love and the motion passed unanimously.

The next meeting is scheduled for November 19, 2015, location to be determined.

Adjournment:

Being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 12:45 PM.

Respectfully submitted,

Beth Fields, Acting Secretary
