Board Meeting Minutes - June 24, 2020

Present:

Call to Order:

President Jenie Lahmann called the meeting to order at 12:03 p.m. on Zoom.

Old Business

December 19, 2019, no written minutes. Director's report served as minutes. Board approved.

New Business

Question raised about outstanding invoices, which Jane went over. The outstanding invoices total -- $2785. Board encouraged Jane to focus on the larger outstanding invoices for payment.

Questioned what to do with Board members consistently not in attendance. Jane will check in with Rob Tidrow and Lynn will check in with Dakota to find out their commitment level.

Balance Sheet Review

Board went over the Balance Sheet. No questions. Call for motion to approve by Kate Kotan, seconded Tim Love, Board approved.

Director's Report
  • New Membership, $300 ResCare out of Indianapolis
  • Donation from Reid of a computer.
  • Past three months, worked on the Wayne County Connection, only missed one.
  • Out of letterhead, been using regular paper.
  • Marketing, did Zoom interview with Rachel.
  • Set up new computer.
  • Worked on cash flow projections.
  • Worked on the calendar and checking links to make sure they are fully functional.
  • Cut in hours meant not as much time to photograph events, so has been using personal photo's.
  • Asked about the Furlough in July and November. Recommended to go ahead and take the Furlough week of July 22 with another week the beginning of August. The decision about November will be decided at a later date.
  • Was asked how traffic is for Waynet; reported that numbers are dipping since we are not mobile, but Instagram is consistent with Facebook a bit higher.
  • Still need 3 more board members. Jenie has a suggestion from First Bank Richmond, Teresa ???.
  • Jenie will invite to next meeting.
  • Call for motion to approve Pam July/August , second Kate Kotan, Board approved
Budget

Board looked at and discussed budget projections.

With no further business to discuss, Jenie Lehmann asked for the meeting to be adjourned. 12:45 p.m. Call for motion to approve by Tim Love, seconded by Kate Kotan.
