Call to Order:
President Gary Arndts called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m.
in the Richmond Power and Light Conference Room.

A special Board meeting
was scheduled for February 8 at noon at RPL to continue the discussion
of the IRS status change. Gary also asked the Board to consider the
question: “How do we market the organization under either status?”
Director’s Report:
Jane presented a newly created Waynet, Inc. Gift Acceptance Policy
2007 and Waynet, Inc. Real Estate Policy 2007. It was decided to
accept the policy as written. (Policies are available on the website.)
