Waynet Executive Board Meeting
July 17, 2003

Present:

Chris Hardie, President (Summersault)

Rodger Smith (Richmond Community Schools)

12 Noon - Call to order - Chris Hardie, presiding.

Minutes of the April 17, 2003 Executive Board meeting were approved as presented.

Old Business

The balance sheet as of June 30, 2003 was presented and approved on a motion by Misty Hollis and a second by Bill Felker.

New Business

Jane Holman presented the Executive Director's report.

The Calendar Policy was presented by the Executive Committee. Tom Kirk moved it be approved; seconded by Amy Spears.

The Executive Committee presented the Photo Sharing Policy. With a couple of revisions for clarification, it was approved on a motion by Tom Kirk and a second by Tom Kemp.

The board heard a report that the Web Encyclopedia of Wayne County is under construction and progress continues. Tom Kirk reported "Artists of Wayne County" section is now underway.

Tuesday, September 30, 2003, was set for the WayNet Annual meeting. Misty Hollis will chair a planning committee including Tom Kirk, Chris Hardie and Bill Felker.
