Minutes of previous meeting: Motion to accept the minutes of the previous meeting. Misty Hollis - moved to accept minutes Fee Waiver for February 1999: Motion to accept West Richmond Friends Meeting. John Weber - moved to accept Treasurer's Report: Jane gave the treasurer's report. New Business: Discussed a possible replacement for the Chamber's contract with NationJobs. The webpage would be password protected, and there would be a charge for the password. Decision to accept involvement concerns possible conflicts with the Palladium-Item. A committee was formed to talk to Emmett Smelser. The committee members are Tom Kirk, Jane Holman, and John Weber. Preparation for the September Meeting: Tom asked for volunteers for the nominating committee to prepare a slate of officers and executive board members for the September meeting.
