Minutes to Previous Meeting:
As we did not have a quorum, minutes could not be approved.

Treasurer's report:
Board members viewed the report.

Old Business:

• Board members discussed the business plan and it was the consensus of the attending board members that each board member will be asked to have an update on the board's challenge.
• Board members additionally viewed the Discussion List. No changes were suggested.

New Business:

• Board members viewed the Not-for-Profit fee waivers. No action was taken.
• Jane Holman gave her Executive Director's report.
• Board members reviewed the Acceptable Use Policy. No changes were made.
