Camera Loan Policy

As an added benefit to our sponsoring members, Waynet, Inc. is making our Sony Mavica MVC FD-7 Digital Camera available on loan.

This camera is unique in that it saves directly to floppy discs in a .JPG format. There is no need for special cables or programs. Any image editor can be used to view and manipulate the images.

Camera may be borrowed by a Sponsoring Member, Gold Member or Platinum Member in good standing. Signature of the member representative is required.
Although a fee is not charged to borrow the camera, a deposit of $100.00 will be collected when the equipment is picked up. The deposit will be refunded in full upon return and inspection of the equipment unless the equipment is returned late and/or is damaged.
Late charge is $10.00 per day. The late charge will be deducted from the deposit.
In case of damaged equipment, refund of the deposit will be made after the item is repaired and a cost is determined. If the cost of the repair is more than the deposit, the member will be charged for this amount.
Loan period is three (3) days.
Member is responsible for all consumables (floppies).
Waynet, Inc. has the right to reserve dates when the camera will be unavailable for loan. All others may have access on a first come, first served basis.

If someone other than the member representative will be picking up the equipment, please print this form and bring it signed when picking up the equipment.
