Advertising/Marketing/Community Relations

• Wayne County Connections TV Show (Mentioned as "Producer"/Page)
  • Taped one show, featuring Scott Gregory, Chief, Perry Township Volunteer Fire Department.
  • The WC Connections page received 149 visits in May and 95 in June.
• Twitter - we now have 572 followers.  Have sent 1,330 tweets.
• Facebook - 350 people "like" our Facebook page, 66.2% are female, 31.8% male. 60% are from Richmond.

Issues & Projects for May / June / July

• Used 22 hours of Vacation, approx. 60 hours remaining to use prior to Sept. 22nd
• Create and send an edition of WayNet News
• Planning/communication for Wayne County Connections: Scott Gregory, Jim Cox and Steve Martin (and two others, who we'll try to schedule at a later date)
• Set up MyPayChex.com for time & vacation reporting
• Sit in on the MRL Technology Committee
• Research and review FormMail options after an onslaught of bot-induced spam mail
• Change to dual monitor system
• Meeting with Reid Hospital: "Researched local websites and found Waynet to be the most comprehensive."

These figures were created by the AWStats program offered online by our web host.  We also track usage with Google Analytics.

Monthly figures are posted on the Top Twenty page.  Current average is 48,352 user sessions per month. Web page views are averaging 245,313. While the montly graph for user sessions appears a bit erratic, if you look closely, you'll notice the users varied by only about 3,000/month at most - a small 6% percent of our overall total. Our monthly page views climbed a bit and held fairly steady.

2nd Quarter 2012 - Quarterly figures for user sessions dipped a slight 2% from 1st Quarter. Page views increased by 9% in the second quarter, with a 14% increase over the same time period in 2011.

2011 Yearly Figures show a decrease to 604,177 users requesting 2,703,864 pages as compared to 689,268 users requesting 3,146,660 pages in 2010.  This is a 12% decrease in users and a 14% decrease in page views over 2010, when we experienced a 13% increase.
