Advertising/Marketing

Received copy of "An Earlham Guide to Richmond" which has many references to WayNet.org.
Flyers included in the 200 packets handed out to the Frostbite 5K participants.
Received article in Pal-Item on December 25th regarding Agricultural Quiz.
Phone interview on WKBV on Thursday, December 29th at 8:10 a.m.

Issues & Projects for November/December/January

Partnered with the Hagerstown FFA to create an Agricultural Quiz.
Took EXCEL class offered to Morrisson-Reeves Library employees.
Discussed calendaring program with Summersault.
Requested copies of 501(c)(3) application from BCCN (still waiting!)
Researched and sent to Robin copies of other Community Network's By-Laws.
Began research on IRS requirements - ordered 63 page booklet.
Cleaned desk and boxed old files.
Troubleshoot FrontPage crash issues.
Set up 2006 budget for board approval.
Took balance of personal days and floating holidays during this period.
Website Maintenance:

- Review and update page links & calendar events, as necessary. Take photos.

These figures were created by the AWStats program offered online by our web host.

Monthly figures are now being posted on the Top Twenty page. We are currently averaging 38,632
user sessions per month. Web page views (hits) are averaging 118,284. Users were down 2% in November and 7% in December - a normal occurrence during the holiday time period. Page views increased by 6% in December after a 6% decrease in November, resulting in a level user pool.

4th Quarter 2005 - Quarterly figures for user sessions increased by 8% over 3rd Quarter. Page views increased by 2%. User sessions increased by 21% over the same time period last year.

2005 Yearly Figures show a 14% increase to 463,839 users requesting 1,419,408 pages as compared to 407,300 users requesting 1,157,890 pages in 2004. This is a 14% increase in users and a 23% increase in page views over 2004.
