Submitted "Business Entity Report" to the State of Indiana.

Prepared for Annual Meeting.

Reviewed & compared 3 member databases to make sure each was as accurate
as possible.

Begin reviewing content management web software.

Continue progress on Artists of Wayne County. All text has been
received & all photos have been taken. Need to finish web site &
get posting approvals from partners.

Met with Carol Smyth to determine the distribution of funds for the
Wayne County Foundation grant. WayNet received $2,500.00

Met with Richmond Art Museum to offer suggestions on how the two
organizations can better partner.

Sent email to David Fulton regarding getting an upgraded computer.
IU East is no longer offering not-for-profits that type of support.

update page links & calendar events, as necessary. Take

Changed the home
page layout a bit so the text didn't "stretch" so much when using a
vertical image & added a "Focus" section for featured news.

Teachers Federal Credit Union" from sponsor rotation.

Work on moving
Calendar to amhosting and in the process upgrade from 3.2 to 3.21.
Still need to do some "tweaking" before the move can be
accomplished.
Log Analysis
Ran weekly and posted on the Members Only
page. Monthly figures are now being posted on the
Top Twenty page. We are currently averaging
33,868 user sessions per month.
Web page views (hits) are averaging 97,120.
Users were up 17% in
October after a 4% decrease in September with a
slight increase of usage of page
views. The October numbers were gathered using
the AWStats program provided by AMHosting as WebTrends was crashing on the
October logs.

Quarter 2004
- Quarterly figures for user sessions decreased by
3%. Page views increased by
15%. User sessions
declined by 32% over the same time period last year.
2003 Yearly Figures
show an outstanding 548,741 users requesting 1,605,683 pages as
compared to 413,253 users requesting 1,291,024 pages in 2002. This is
a 33% increase in users and a
24% increase in page views over 2002.
