Achievements for 1st Quarter

Researched & purchased external hard drive to hold photos.
I.U. East personnel installed USB 2.0 card purchased by WayNet.
Created page for the "Fun in the Sun" Air Show.
Added a "Exercise and Fitness" section to our Recreation pages.
Added new page on where to park to reach the trails.
Prepared for Board Retreat on March 1.
Updated the Restaurant section.
Represented WayNet at the Indiana Community Network Association Annual Meeting - Elected Secretary/Treasurer.
Updated Membership Database.
Prepared, Mailed and began compiling Membership Surveys.
Became part of the "Wayne County Connectedness" committee.
Prepared, presented and RECEIVED! grant to begin the artist portion of Web Encyclopedia of Wayne County History.
Website Maintenance:
- Review and update page links & calendar events, as necessary. Take photos.

Log Analysis
Ran weekly and posted on the Members Only page. We are currently averaging 43,938 user sessions per month. Web page views (hits) are averaging 135,032.

1st Quarter 2003 - Quarterly figures for user sessions rose by 24%. Page views rose by 18%.

2002 Yearly Figures show an outstanding 413,253 users requesting 1,291,024 pages as compared to 260,875 users requesting 930,554 pages in 2000. This is a 58% increase in users and a 39% increase in page views over 2001. Our actual figures may have been slightly higher than this due to logging problems in January of 2001.
