Advertising/Marketing

Set up contract for spots on WFMG/WKBV. We have one "in the can" and ready to go as soon as I call them.
Last year's contract with the Pal-Item has ended. I'm waiting for a current rate sheet before I decide to go 1 or 2 days/week.

Achievements for 4th Quarter

Researched & purchased new digital camera
Approved use of 10 Commandments photo for the MyJewishLiving.com web site.
Talk with Greg Stines about the upcoming Hot Air Balloon Festival.
Update files/folders/etc. for 2003
Run all logs for 2002 & 4th quarter.
Website Maintenance:
- Review and update page links & calendar events, as necessary.

Log Analysis
Ran weekly and posted on the Members Only page. User sessions went down slightly for the last three months, averaging 34,438 users per month. Web page views also dipped slightly, averaging 107,585. I would expect these numbers to rise as people are stuck inside and spend more time on their computers during the winter.

4th Quarter 2002 - Quarterly figures for user sessions rose by 2%. Page views rose by 2%.

2002 Yearly Figures show an outstanding 413,253 users requesting 1,291,024 pages as compared to 260,875 users requesting 930,554 pages in 2000. This is a 58% increase in users and a 39% increase in page views over 2001. Our actual figures may have been slightly higher than this due to logging problems in January of 2001.
