page. Currently we are running over 600 visitors a week. Last week 699!
May Achievements
Began invoicing for 2nd year sponsoring memberships
Sent out letters with brochures & my business card to 823 Chamber members. Received some response.
Create more Sports and Recreation pages.
Spoke with Bill Engle for a "tour" of WayNet.
Met with Jim Hizer from the EDC. He will recommend a Sponsoring membership to his board. We should hear by mid-June.
Remind several organizations about the calendar. - including Rose Festival, Hayes Arboretum, etc.
Held Web Master’s Forum on Forms and Bots.
Sent out press release on "Visitors from over 35 countries" - but not aware of anyone following up on story.
Created Employment page and Travel & Tourism page.
On-Going Projects for June
Call on local account firm to finish our non-profit application - no response from Shelley.
Continue making more personal sales calls to businesses. Follow up on previous ones.
Create brochure for tourist distribution & possibly a small poster for windows. See sample.
Send out letter to not-for-profits - let them know of our services.
Continue to hold Webmaster's Forums - one day/month. Add a basic forum this month for new members.
