Lighting of the Tree
- The 19th Annual Holiday Parade will be held on
Friday, December 5th at 7:00 p.m. The parade begins
at the intersection of East Main and Sixth Street in
Richmond and travels east on Main to 10th,
concluding at Richmond Civic Theater. Before
the parade, a beautiful ceremony to light the tree
at the City Building, accompanied by live music,
will officially kick off the Uptown Holiday parade.
- Earlham Instrumental
Concert featuring: “Hand Drum Ensembles and
Orchestra”
- This program features a variety of Earlham’s
instrumental ensembles performing a diverse range of
music. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. in
Goddard Auditorium in Carpenter Hall, 801 National
Road West, Richmond. Free.
- Gennett
Mansion Holiday Tour
- Enjoy the beauty and festivities of the season
and a brief history of the Gennett Family. The tour
will be about hour and a half. Refreshments will be

of Lights

band, Lift's, Christmas CD
- Held at The Skate, 475 Commerce Road, Richmond.
The local band LIFT, will release
a 6-song Christmas EP entitled: “We Four Kings”.
The SKATE will be open for all ages to skate.
Doors open at 7pm and LIFT will perform from 8-10
p.m. Admission: $5.50; Skate Rental $2.00
- Earlham Choral Christmas
Concert
- The Concert Choir, Women's Chorus and Madrigal
Singers share music of the holiday season in this
biennial concert beginning at 7:30 p.m. in Goddard
Auditorium, Carpenter Hall, 801 National Road West,

Orchestra - Spice It Up!
- Enjoy fresh jazz with Joe
Augustine on piano. Augustine is renowned for his
