as one of the top 25 history sites in the nation by The

100 vintage cars
will come zooming into Richmond for a lunch stop in the
late morning on Tuesday, June 27th. These cars are
at least 40 years old and will travel on to California.
After that, the drivers will vote on which city was the
most welcoming and that city will be given a check to
the Library for $5,000. Come to Uptown Richmond (1st
block North 6th and 7th Streets) to welcome this group
and show them true "Hoosier Hospitality!"

Host families sought
Sister Cities
of Richmond is seeking host families for 7 students from
Unnan-shi, Japan from August 8-18th as part of the
on-going exchange between our two communities. Families
interested in hosting a teenage Japanese student should
