gis System is now in color
The county-wide
GIS
system is now in COLOR
thanks to the
statewide orthophotography project. From the
system, you can also select the "Bird's Eye View"
option, which will open another window, allowing you to
view the location from different directions, so you can
see the front, back, etc. of the location.

many Wayne County residents. We're nearing the
anniversary of the explosion in downtown Richmond that
took 41 lives on that fateful April day.
Morrisson-Reeves Library has scanned and made available
the full text and photos of the quintessential
book on the subject, Death in a Sunny Street by
Esther Kellner.
