SAFETY TOWN SIGN UP
Safety Town is an educational program that introduces safety awareness to young children in a setting of a miniature village, complete with small-scale buildings, intersections, cross-walks, safety signs, and traffic signals. Safety Town is a national program, sponsored in Wayne County by the Richmond Noon Kiwanis.

Classes are open to children entering Kindergarten or 1st grade in fall 2003. Fill out an application:
