KIWANIS AUCTION - BID FOR
THE KIDS
Don't miss the 40th Annual Kiwanis Auction on Saturday, April 12th, starting
at 9:00 a.m. Held at the National Guard Armory at 1200 West Main Street in
Richmond, you'll get to hear Paul Richert call the auction for his 40th year and
his son, Rodger Richert, call for his 35th year.
If you've never attended a Kiwanis Auction, come for the fun and bargains and "bid for the kids"! There will be lots of gift certificates and donated goodies from many generous businesses across town. Proceeds support local Kiwanis projects for children, such as Safety Town.

Congressmen Mike Pence and his wife Karen will be traveling with Speaker of the
House Dennis Hastert on the first Congressional delegation trip to meet and
thank soldiers fighting in Operation Iraqi Freedom during the week of April 21.
Rep. Pence announced that he is asking Hoosiers to send him postcards with their expressions of gratitude, personal wishes, words of encouragement and promises of prayer to the troops.
