KIWANIS AUCTION &
OTHER EVENTS
As a member of the Richmond Noon Kiwanis, I would like to extend a personal
invitation to all WayNet visitors to attend the 37th Annual Kiwanis Auction on
Saturday, April 29th at the Richmond Armory. Great bargains abound and you'll
receive the extra bonus of knowing the money raised will go toward the
establishment of a permanent Safety Village here in Wayne County! Come
early....and bid for the kids!
After you've got your
bargains, don't forget about all the other great events going on this weekend:
Richmond Parks & Recreation is offering Weekend Women, outdoor skills
classes.
Annual Arbor Day Tree Give-Away at Hayes Regional Arboretum
Ivy Tech State College's 7th Annual Car Show
Earth Day Enviro Fair from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Wayne County Fairgrounds
Haley's Comet, starring John Amos at the Civic Hall Center for the Performing
Arts
“The Jazz State of Indiana”, a concert narrated by author Duncan Schiedt.
Musical illustrations will be provided by Jack Gilfory’s “Jazz State of
Indiana Ensemble”.
