MILLENNIUM TIME CAPSULE PROJECT
Richmond's Millennium Communities Committee invites you to participate in selecting the items that should go into Richmond's Millennium Time Capsule on July 4, 2000. This time capsule will be opened in 2016 - Indiana's Bicentennial! The survey will only be available until May 15th, so offer your suggestions soon!
