Waynet Board Meeting

July 27, 1998

Members Present: Sue Morris, Tom Kirk, David Fulton, John Webber, Pam Frantz, Roger Smith, Tim Broering, Larry Turner, Nancy Wilson, Ross Josephson and Executive Director - Jane Holman

Jane reminded everyone that all of Waynet’s business is entirely on web. All minutes, fee waiver applications, budget and financial reports can be found at our web site under About Waynet, Waynet Business Info.

Motion to amend minutes

Roger Smith – moved to amend minutes

Larry Turner – seconded

Financial Report

Jane prepared unofficial report for the month of June

Old Business

Fee Wavier

New Life Church of the Nazarern

Richmond Rose Garden

Leadership Wayne County

La Leche League of Richmond

Bethany Theological Seminary

Motion – To wave all fees for the above mentioned organizations.

Tom Kirk - moved

Sue Morris – seconded

Motion Passed

Discussion was held on what criteria we are to use to determine if an organizations fee’s should be waived to be come a Waynet member.

Ross Josephson – suggested we move Fee Wavier application to a password protected directory so that only Waynet board members can get to it.

Jane – is to talk to Steve Rabe about what we can look at to determine if an organization is not for profit and should have there application fee waved.

Debbie Berry has resigned from the board.

Discuss board member nominations

David Fulton will no longer be on board

Discussion to be held at August meeting on board nominations.
