This Dayle Lewis bear is too busy for hibernation this winter. Hagerstown Town Hall:  Hagerstown area residents can access local government offices at this convenient and attractive Town Hall, located at 49 East College Street in Hagerstown.
The beautiful Evans House, built in 1855, was used to aid refugeee resettlement during WWII.  It now serves as the Quaker Hill Conference Center. Volunteers Bil and Marilyn Martus work tirelessly to hang the new Permanent Collection exhibit at the Richmond Art Museum.
