1 column x 4 in ad in Palladium-Item touting December New Member Introductory Discount ($169)
Sales letter to current members and ~300 targeted businesses to promote the new member introductory discount for December.
Met with Sharon Bradley of Palladium-Item, RE: ad options/membershipOngoing: KICKS96 promotion - "Exclusive Partner" on KICKS96 community calendar (supplied by WayNet.org), 20 mentions/month and 5 -:30 promos per week. $125/month 1/08-12/08 - 11/07 & 12/07 Free. (Update - they have updated their website and now link to us under the "Kicks Cares" heading.) - Will be reviewing this partnership with the new sales person, Bob Johnson, soon.

Issues & Projects for November/December/January

Donated Sony Mavica Camera to Morrisson-Reeves Library. They will loan it to patrons.
Create, merge, print, and mail marketing letters as detailed in the 11-13-2008 minutes. Special thanks to Jodi Johnson and Pam Merchanthouse for their assistance with this project. (Mailed on 12/1/2008)
- Updated member and potential member database in preparation for this mailing.
- Set up new forms featuring this discount.
- Received 4-5 applications...from current members. All chose to credit their account.
- Created ad for the Palladium-Item to promote this opportunity.
Review and update our Atomz Search Service.
Add RSS service to our Community Calendar.
Set up Twitter account for WayNet.org.
Update folders, copyright, etc. on website for new year.
Added/Removed members as required.
Google Adsense Earnings Report (Received check for $104.59 in December.)
Website Maintenance:
- Update Restaurant listing - Add Rally's, Remove Ruby Tuesday's.
- Added a "captcha" to the volunteer form to slow down the form spam I was receiving.
- Using link checker software, I am slowly reviewing and fixing outdated links.
- Review and update page links & calendar events, as necessary. Take photos.

Log Analysis (as of December 31, 2008)
These figures were created by the AWStats program offered online by our web host. We also track usage with Google Analytics.

Monthly figures are now being posted on the Top Twenty page. Current average is 65,012 user sessions per month. Web page views are averaging 163,360. Users sessions decreased 10% in December after a 9% decrease in November. Page views decreased by 16% November but rebounded by 31% in December.

4th Quarter 2008 - Quarterly figures for user sessions decreased 9% from 3rd Quarter. Page views held steady in the fourth quarter following a 13% decrease in the 3rd Quarter of 2008.

2008 Yearly Figures show a 17% increase to 780,140 users requesting 1,960,314 pages as compared to 668,203 users requesting 1,772,590 pages in 2007. This is a 17% increase in users and a 14% increase in page views over 2007.
