An Intensive Leadership Workshop Series
presented in Wayne County, Indiana, by the
Institute for Creative Leadership

The Basics

This intensive workshop will help you understand what makes an effective community, discover your gifts and talents while learning to create and work in performing teams, transforming challenges into possibilities.

Who Should Attend?
Those who want to make Wayne County a better place, improve their leadership skills and learn more about creating effective teams; and those who are interested in building consensus and collaborations, making organizations work and making a difference...EVERYONE!

Workshops
April 4, April 11, April 18 & April 25, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Participants must commit to all four sessions and complete a community project in order to graduate.

Celebration Session
In May projects and achievements will be recognized.

Session 1: The story of the community we love
Session 2: Looking through positive eyes
Session 3: Becoming partners in the process of city making
Session 4: Looking inward as we create a lovable community

  • Registration deadline is March 26, 2018
  • Four day training:  $180
  • Partial scholarships are available!
