Roscoe's Rescue, Inc.,
an animal shelter located in Hagerstown. Their philosophy is that they do
not believe in euthanization as a means of pet birth control; they only
euthanize animals that are too ill to recuperate (per veterinarian exam) or that
are deemed to be dangerous. They have dogs, cats, and rabbits available for
adoption.

This local organization, located at 815 North A Street in Richmond, is home to a
wealth of interesting football artifacts, but focuses on awarding scholarships
to outstanding young athletes across Indiana. Hours are 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
between October and April and 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. between May and September.
