Richmond Community OrchestraWelcome to new member, the Richmond Community Orchestra. RCO is dedicated to encouraging lifelong musicianship and appreciation of orchestral music in Richmond, Indiana. Membership in the orchestra is free, and is open to musicians of all ages. The Richmond Community Orchestra performs several free concerts for the community each year. The first county seat in Wayne County was located in Salisbury, a town that no longer exists. The county seat was moved to Centerville in 1818 and finally to Richmond in 1873.
